Membership T&Cs

1. All memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.


2. Memberships are limited to one per account holder.


3. A Filmhouse account with a valid email address must be attached to a membership.


4. Filmhouse reserves the right to amend or withdraw any membership benefit at its sole discretion and without prior notice.


5. Filmhouse reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without refund in the event of misuse or breach of these terms and conditions. 


6. Filmhouse also reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to members via email and/or published on the Filmhouse website.


7. Filmhouse shall not be liable for any failure to provide membership benefits or services arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


8. Personal data collected during membership registration will be processed in accordance with the Filmhouse Privacy Policy.

9. Membership holders will be notified by email one month prior to their membership expiring. 

 

 

1. Memberships are available to individuals aged sixteen (16) and above and are personal and non-transferable.

2. Filmhouse Young memberships are free for people aged 26 or under. A valid proof of age is required. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport, a photo driving license, a valid Young Scot card, or another photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram.

3. Filmhouse Student memberships are available to people in full-time or part-time education. Purchasers will be asked to show proof of their student status, such as a valid Young Scot card or a valid Student ID card.

 

 

1. Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Benefits associated with membership, including but not limited to ticket discounts, fee waivers, priority booking, special offers, newsletters, partner discounts, complimentary tickets, discounts on food and drink, and the ability to purchase additional tickets at the member price for guests, are subject to availability and may vary from time to time. 

3. Discounts on guest tickets are limited to a maximum of three discounted tickets per day. Such benefits are only valid when tickets and other services are purchased directly through Filmhouse or its authorised channels. 

4. Certain benefits, such as access to special events or additional offers, are subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 

5. Membership discounts and offers may not apply to events where tickets are sold by external partners. 

6. Complimentary tickets are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and any unused tickets will automatically expire thereafter.
